Numerous community groups utilize the building and contribute to improving it.   Dover PRIDE recently started construction of new playground equipment.  Other groups also contribute through various fundraisers. Dover Community Center is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit, so all contributions are tax deductible - we appreciate your support!

OUr Mission-Purpose

Dover is located at the eastern edge of the flint hills on the Native Stone Scenic By Way- K-4 highway, nearby​ attractions include the Historic  Sage Inn, Sommerset Hall Café, and Echo Cliff Park.

Rooms of various sizes are available to rent at reasonable rates, with kitchen, stage, or outdoor use.  Both large and small groups can be accommodated, making it the perfect location for your birthday party, reunion, shower, or a larger events such as a wedding reception. Big News!   

The Dover Community Center is now offering Rental of their Kitchen  as a "Community Incubator Kitchen"

 

The Kansas Department of Agriculture facilatates the use of Incubator Kitchens by those who have food businesses and sell their product to individuals or businesses. Such examples include those that sell at Farmers Markets, Craft Fairs, and those that cater to Special Events.  Of course if you would just like to rent the kitchen for personal cooking for gifts or family use that is great as well!


  • Rental will be available for half or full day blocks at $40 per block or $75 per day
  • $50 refundable cleaning deposit for each block at application submittal
  •  Detailed information regarding our Incubator Kitchen Rental Policies is by downloading our DCC Community Incubator Kitchen Information document. 
  • In addition, the DCC Incubator Application and Rental Agreement is also available to download.  When submitting for use of the kitchen, complete form in its entirety, including all attachments and fees.  Also check in advance regarding availability of date desired.
